Accommodations

Our guests stay in their own spotlessly clean condos, complete with comfy bedding.  Our condos come in two sizes.  Our large condos are 3' x 3' x 7' and accommodate up to three pets. The large condos offer an additional place for hiding for the more timid kitty. Our small condos are 2.5' x 3' x 6' and will accommodate up to two pets. We have adjoining condos for large multi-pet families. We offer multi-pet discounts for pets sharing a condo. Contact us for a quote for your individual needs.  Each condo offers kitty several levels in which to climb and cozy napping areas. Sleeping, eating, and bathroom compartments are separate within each condo. Glass condo fronts offer an unobstructed view for your pet to explore all that goes on around him or her. Our facilities are climate controlled for your pets' comfort.  Each pet is offered time outside the condo daily for exercise,pampering, and play sessions in one of our playrooms. These playrooms feature toys, soothing music, trees for climbing, windows overlooking the lawns with bird and squirrel feeders for your pets' viewing pleasure. We provide both short and long term boarding.  Our quality services are offered at competitive prices. Our large condos are $15/night for the first cat and just $8 for each additional one. Our small condos are $12/night and $8 for the second cat sharing the condo.

 

Check In / Out Times

In order to better care for our feline guests, all pet check in and pick up will be by appointment only during our regular business hours.  Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 PM. (Closed for lunch 12 PM - 1 PM)  Check out is before/at 10 am to avoid another day charge. Saturday by appointment only

9 AM - prompt!  We are closed to the public on Sunday. Our policy at Cat Cottage is to release a pet only to the owner unless the owner specifically authorizes release to another named individual. We do allow for early/late check in or out by special appointment;however there is an additional charge of $15 per occurrence. Due to scheduling of the condos, clients will be billed for the full number of days reserved even if not used entirely.  Reservations are required for all pets boarding and we suggest that reservations be made well in advance to assure availability during peak holidays. Peak holidays require a minimum stay of two nights and a cancellation of at least seven (7) days in advance for deposit to be refunded.  Reservations may be made at our facility,by phone,or online by returning our boarding application with the appropriate advance deposit of half the expected total charges. You will receive a confirmation email with online reservations and a phone call with UPS reservations if an email address is not available. Please use the term PET BOARDING in the subject line of any email you submit to us to ensure it is not placed in our spam folder. Reservations made by phone are held for seven (7) business days to allow pet owners to do paperwork and pay one half deposits. Reservations cannot be guaranteed if paperwork and deposit are not taken care of. Deposits are refundable if you cancel before two (2) days prior to arrival and at least seven (7) days on peak holiday reservations. Deposits are forfeited if reservation is not used or not canceled within two (2) or seven (7) days prior to arrival depending on your reservation dates.

 

Sanitation

Cat Cottage follows the highest standards of sanitation in order to protect your pets' health.  We disinfect all animal areas daily, using hospital grade disinfectants.  Each pet receives a Capstar tablet (nitenpyram) upon arrival for the treatment of flea infestations so that you may be assured that your pet is safe from becoming infected with parasites. All pets entering our facility have current vaccinations and are disease free. Any pet that becomes ill during its' stay is quarantined and taken to a vet. No exceptions!
